Thank you for a great short stay here with delicious food options.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I needed to leave at 7.15 am and was assured that I would be able to have a continental breakfast from 6.30 am although breakfast did not start until 7pm. Having a long day ahead followed by a long drive home, this was appreciated. Rooms are as you would expect for a premier inn, clean tidy and functional.

It would have been useful for breakfast to be available earlier than 7 am.

The staff were superb and could not have been more helpful and the breakfast was excellent. Little things could have been better, like tissues in the rooms. It was slightly expensive compared to Holiday Inns.

Immaculately clean and brilliant place with excellent staff who obviously enjoy their job and giving the guests a great service. Reasonably priced rooms with baths. - A lot of goodies for breakfast.

Good location-easy to get to N Yorks Moors. Clean comfortable rooms-good breakfast.

No bath-i'm sure all other Premier Inns i've stayed at previously had one? -but good shower and only stayed 1 night so not such a hardship!

The location was excellent for us as we were attending a wedding close by. The hotel staff were really accommodating as they let us check in early.

The hotel was super clean, and the staff went beyond their duties to ensure our comfort. We had a fantastic stay, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious. The location was convenient for visiting family in the area and not far from Middlesboro town centre by car. there was a nice pub right next to the hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was very impressed with my experience. the prices were incredibly reasonable, making it a great value for money option. Additionally, the staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The attention to detail was also evident, with well-equipped and immaculately clean rooms. The location of the hotel on the outskirts of town was convenient, as it allowed for easy access to the city center. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of its basic amenities, quality of the rooms, and the fact that breakfast was included.

All aspects of my stay were enjoyable.
